As the current Managing Director of IPI Ltd., Sebastien Paddington is both qualified and skilled in Urban Planning, Stakeholder Management, Project Management, Construction Management and Budgeting, Programme and Schedule Management and Contract Administration. Throughout his professional career, he has worked in the capacity of Senior Land Use Planner and Senior Project Manager with public and private entities including the Ministry of Planning and Development, ilesi Ltd. and WSP Global.

Sebastien has worked extensively on a wide range of integrated Property Developments, Master Plans, Municipal Investment Plans, Redevelopment Programmes and National Spatial Development Strategies throughout the Caribbean. He holds over twenty (25) years of Project Management and land use planning experience. Upon the establishment of IPI in 2009, he assumed the role of Managing Director in 2015 and continued to manage and lead both projects for External Clients and Internal Property Developments such as UDeCOTT, UNOPS, UNDP, Hope Estate, Orange Hill Estate, The Palms, Tamarind Park, Soleil Residences, La
Sierra, La Paz, Mt. Irvine and Shoppes At Hope.
