Jo-Ann is a proud alumna of Wilfrid Laurier University, Canada (Business Administration) and Henley University, UK (MBA). She has obtained various professional certificates, such as the Certificate in “Principles of Real Estate Sales” from UWI Roytec, where she was recognized for Distinguished Performance, securing the 2nd place. In 2023, Jo-Ann showcased her expertise as a Business Outlook panelist for the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce, where she shared insights on the real estate market’s short and medium-term outlook. When she is not working, Jo-Ann finds pleasure in the company of family and friends. As a mother of three, she wholeheartedly embraces the role of being her children’s most enthusiastic cheerleader and unwavering supporter. Demonstrating her altruistic nature, Jo-Ann actively volunteers her time and support to educational institutions and charitable organizations, particularly those focused on children’s well-being.
