Jo-Ann Traboulay became a member of Terra Caribbean Trinidad in 2014, assuming the role of a Real Estate Agent. With a remarkable track record of over two decades in sales and marketing, business development, and investment banking, Jo-Ann brings she brings a unique perspective to her role as a Real Estate Agent with an extensive wealth of knowledge and experience. She possesses an innate drive for achieving results and a competitive spirit that compels her to meet her clients’ needs flawlessly. Jo-Ann holds a discerning appreciation for delivering excellent quality service and takes immense pride in providing comprehensive, professional guidance and assistance to her clients.

Throughout the years, Jo-Ann’s unwavering commitment and dedication to offering results-oriented solutions have been duly recognized. She has received numerous Sales Awards from Terra Caribbean, and in 2016, she was nominated for the Trinidad Realtor’s Real Estate Agents Awards. Most recently, Jo-Ann was honoured as the prestigious Agent of the Year 2022 (most Transactions) at Terra Caribbean, further solidifying her reputation as an exceptional professional.

Jo-Ann is a proud alumna of Wilfrid Laurier University, Canada (Business Administration) and Henley University, UK (MBA). She has obtained various professional certificates, such as the Certificate in “Principles of Real Estate Sales” from UWI Roytec, where she was recognized for Distinguished Performance, securing the 2nd place. In 2023, Jo-Ann showcased her expertise as a Business Outlook panelist for the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce, where she shared insights on the real estate market’s short and medium-term outlook. Her participation underscored her deep understanding of the industry and her ability to analyze market trends.

When she is not working, Jo-Ann finds pleasure in the company of family and friends. As a mother of three, she wholeheartedly embraces the role of being her children’s most enthusiastic cheerleader and unwavering supporter. Demonstrating her altruistic nature, Jo-Ann actively volunteers her time and support to educational institutions and charitable organizations, particularly those focused on children’s well-being. In addition to her compassionate endeavours, Jo-Ann has a deep fondness for sports and outdoor activities. She also loves travelling, especially if she can relish the delights of the sea, sun, and sand.

Being a member of AREA, Jo-Ann aspires to contribute her passion for the industry and her extensive experience to the growth, development, and legislation of real estate in T&T. She is also a member of the Membership and Public Relations Standing Committees, further demonstrating her commitment to the real estate community and its advancement.
