Tracy is the Owner / Broker of Beautiful Homes Realty Solutions and has been practicing real estate for the past 14 years.  Her work experience over the past 20 years has also given her a sound knowledge of other aspects of the industry including Property Management and development planning in addition to a broad experience of company management and administration, especially in accounts, HR contracts, performance reviews, and dispute resolution.

Tracy’s professional qualifications include Certifications in Marketing, PR, Advertising and the Principles of Real Estate Sales course presented by UWI/Roytec.

She serves as Treasurer on the AREA Board and is the Convener of the Standing Committee on Finance and a member of the Disciplinary & Ethics and Membership Rules & Admissions Committees.

Tracy’s commitment to professional excellence and the highest ethical standards in real estate as well as in business in general is one of her driving forces in serving on the AREA Board.
