Dawn Glaisher, B.A., R.E.P. is a Broker Member, Director and Honorary Secretary of the Association and has served on the Board for 24 years. She graduated from the University of Lancaster, UK, with a 2nd Class Honours Degree in English Literature and Linguistics and after working for 20 years in electronic security design and manufacture and exhibition organising, she returned home to Trinidad & Tobago, where she has been working in the Tobago real estate sector for the past 26 years.

Initially employed as a Divisional Manager with Nealco Real Estate (part of the Neal & Massy Group) she set up and ran Nealco’s Tobago office for several years before establishing her own Agency.

SeaJade Investments was formed in 2000 and focuses exclusively on Tobago property sales. It is a member of the Tobago Hotel & Tourism Association, TTCSI, TTGPA, the Tobago Chamber and registered with the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIUTT) as mandated by anti-money laundering legislation.

Dawn is the Convener of AREA’s Taxation & Legislation Committee and was very involved in the drafting stages of AREA’s proposed legislation that was eventually passed by Parliament in June 2020. Dawn is also the Convener of the Honours & Awards Committee and a member of the Education & Training and the PR Committees and is well informed on the Foreign Investment Act 1990 and the Cabinet Order of 2007 that imposed a land licensing regime on Tobago. She has also served for many years as MC for the Best Practices in Real Estate seminar held annually at Queen’s Hall, POS.
