Top among them was ‘Can’t find an ideal Property’ from 47% of respondents. This is great news for Real Estate Agents. It means your search for and acquisition of a wide range of listings is well worth your effort.

13% of responders sited that they can’t obtain the ideal price. Once again, a Real Estate Agent is needed to negotiate between prospective buyer and seller to bring the both parties together.

When this information is coupled with the earlier finding that the pandemic is driving more persons to look for a home of their own, they suggest a positive outlook for Real Estate Agents as we emerge from the pandemic.
