From a career that began in the Public Sector, Devon Fergusson entered the real estate industry in 2011 as a Sales Agent, progressing to Operations Manager then General Manager of a Real Estate company.

His passion for real estate and wealth of knowledge gained over the years, became the driving force for the launch in 2016 of Fergusson Realty. His agency specializes in rentals, sales and property management of both residential and commercial properties in Trinidad and Tobago. Fergusson Realty’s pillars are customer service, ethical dealings and professionalism as Devon’s prime focus is building strong relationships with clients and agents through the delivery of personalized service to each.

He brings a determination to influence positive change in the industry and the AREA membership along with elevating AREA’s presence nationally.

Devon is the currently the Convener of the AREA Membership Rules & Admissions Standing Committee.
